Do you deliver? - Yes! I currently deliver city wide, free of charge. There is a $20.00 delivery charge for anything outside and up to 50 km out of the city of Winnipeg. And $20.00 for every 15km after.
When should I book my Wedding Cake? - Wedding cakes should be orderd as soon as you know your date and the venue you are using.
How far in advance should I order my child's birthday cake? - Any special occasion cake should be ordered at least 2 weeks before the date the cake is needed. Orders can be accepted if no other orders are booked for that particular date. A $20.00 rush order fee applies to orders 1 week and under.
How do we begin the process of selecting a wedding cake? - Contact me by phone or e-mail. I am happy to give you as much information as you would like, including flavours and pricing. Then, if you think that we might be a good fit, we can set a date for a complimentary Wedding Cake Consultation.
Do you offer consultations? - Yes, I offer free consultations in my home where we will discuss your cake in detail. You may bring any references, magazines or pictures that may have inspired you.
How much does a wedding cake cost? - All wedding cakes start at $300.00, however, prices vary as each cake is tailored to your specific requirements and style. There are many factors that determine the price of a wedding cake such as size, shape, servings and the complexity of the design. .
How do I book my wedding cake with you? - Wedding cake orders can be booked through a consultation. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book your date.
What method of payments do you accept? - I accept cash or cheque. There is a $25.00 NSF fee for any returned cheques.
